This is a good tool. If not for yourself, maybe to help someone else. I hope I never need it, but I have it when I need it. The tool itself is a bit small, but has everything you need in an emergency. The pointed end is very strong enough to pierce a window and the flat end is definitely strong enough to knock out a window completely. The blade in the handle feels sharp enough to cut through your seat belt if needed. This is a durable, compact tool. I'm definitely happy with it for the price. I would recommend.
