You sent the wrong item. in Body & Trim

I was very pleased with the quality of the Honda parts. But unfortunately it was clearly stated on the packaging that it was an earlier model range. The connector and the overall shape of the mirror differed from the original. It could not be connected. However, the return was free and hassle-free. I have ordered the part again and am confident that I am receiving the correct product.
