I buy every magnetic bit holder that comes on the market. I've tried many and they either break, fall apart or never work right from the start. This racket holder is a game changer and I will now be using five of these for all my shots. Strong magnet, durable bit locking mechanism that has never been dropped. The two main disadvantages of bit holders are: the bits will fall out and get stuck in the screw, or the bits will fall out on their own, OR the screws will fall off the bit when trying to perform the punching operation with one hand while holding the workpiece with the other.
