Review on 🌡️ Aquarium Thermometer LCD Digital - Waterproof, Suction Cup Fish Tank Water Temperature Monitor for Betta Fish by Tabitha Williams

I bought 2 of these for my 10 gallon tanks on 4/21/21. Both have high quality heaters which I monitor closely to ensure they are working properly. The first failed, flickered, and then turned off. I replaced the battery and noticed water in the transparent portion of the edges around the LCD and the battery looked like it had a burn mark in one spot. There was also a part of it with water stains on the LCD screen. The second one in the other tank suddenly jumped to 86.8 degrees 5 days ago causing me to drop the temp to 75 degrees which I wouldn't have understood unless I doubted the reading on the picture and checked with a second thermometer would have. Going back to that list, it says "12 Months Warranty", and then there is no place to contact the seller about this. Ask Revain for permission? Excellent next time, after the animals and plants in the tanks have already been damaged by temperature changes. With so many customers reporting the same fatal error in temperature readings, 5-10 degrees across the board, this product should be discontinued.
