I have to say this is the best customer service experience I've had with Revain so far. The adapter is versatile and light enough to take with me on a 800km hike (Camino de Santiago) when I need reliable access to power. to charge my camera. And it comes with its own sleek, lightweight yet protective case. Hats off to Pac2Go; You have become a happy customer for life! PREVIOUS COMMENT. I am unhappy with the adapter as the US plugs are not grounded and the pins on the plugs are smaller than regular US plugs which means the adapter falls out of the wall. The enormous weight of the device pulls it out of the wall. This means that my foreign visitors who need to use the adapter cannot because it doesn't stay in the wall. I will try to use it in France and Spain. myself in the next two months and I will update my review when I come back knowing more Americans are interested in whether it works in Europe.
