I was delighted to learn about Domaker, an internet retailer specializing in pet items, especially dog carriers and travel accessories. But I was very disappointed with this company's buying experience. First of all, the website was challenging to use and poorly constructed. Even when I did, the product description was not in-depth, and it took me some time to identify the precise item I was looking for. To have a better understanding of what I was purchasing, I had to rely on consumer reviews. Second, shipping was a complete hassle. Before my order was dispatched, I had to wait more than two weeks, and even then, the shipment didn't arrive on time. Even worse, the merchandise was harmed while in route due to the unreliable carrier they chose. Finally, the quality of the actual goods was subpar. I bought a flimsy dog carrier that did not hold up well during trip. The shoulder strap snapped after after a few uses, and the zippers were challenging to operate. Overall, my interaction with Domaker left me feeling incredibly let down. I wouldn't advise anyone looking for high-quality pet supplies to use this business.
