Cannot complete initial installation
There appears to be a problem with the manufacturer's software, either on the device or in the app. The sensor performs an external measurement, but when it performs an internal measurement, a device timeout error occurs. I know the device is measuring the inside accurately because I've artificially increased the length and it knows it shouldn't be and it's telling me. So, after an internal measurement, something breaks. If I can't solve this problem on Monday, I'll send it back.
