I like how easy it is for my team members who are not familiar or comfortable using Excel software can jump right into this program without any training required! If you have an existing system built out within excel then there's no need to learn anything new about creating reports because all functionality will be available through one place - which makes life easier when trying to get multiple people involved at once (i'm looking @ my coworkers!).
It would also help if they had more templates/samples included so we could see what each template looks liked before purchasing as well. We're able to easily pull information from our CRMs & other databases straight into PDR. This saves us time by having less work needed outside of just pulling info directly off records stored elsewhere vs needing someone else do additional research / extractions etc..
