I bought this particular set because my wife already has a hair dryer. I had a large door on my car door that I wanted to pull out myself. I started with a lighter color glue but it peeled off so I switched to a darker color that will hold better. It took me about five or six sips. But every time I tugged at the dent, it got a little better until it finally disappeared altogether. I could probably take it out a bit more and then nail it back in a bit, but I was happy with the results and just left it alone. You have to look very closely to see this now. I watched many videos on how to do this before visiting it myself. I'd rather not knock back, but if you pick up a ringing doorbell, you have to knock it back. I basically took it where it was pretty flush. With white color it is difficult to see. If people have a black car, it will take a little more work to cut the sound where it's not audible. But it's definitely achievable. Just watch YouTube videos about door handle removal and buy this kit. You'll be nervous at first, but the more you do it, the more confidence you'll have. I definitely recommend this product. I will look for a small plastic box to store everything on Revane. If I find a size that fits, everyone will update this review.
