Review on mDesign by Andre Hawkins

My time spent purchasing at the mDesign online store was a complete nightmare for me. After waiting for my kitchen storage items to arrive, which took two weeks total, I attempted to get in touch with their customer support in order to receive assistance. On the other hand, I was put on hold for more than an hour, and when I did eventually speak to a representative, they were unhelpful and uninterested in resolving the problem that I was having. In spite of the fact that I was assured a replacement would be sent in place of my lost purchase, it took an additional two weeks for the items to be delivered. The unsatisfactory customer service and lack of accountability displayed by mDesign left me feeling incredibly let down. On the basis of my previous dealings with them, I do not encourage doing business with them.
