As everyone says. To me, that's not a whale lens! This is super high quality of images and material. The focus ring is smooth, the aperture ring is knurled and clicks into place with precision, and the optical stabilization is amazing. The glass was perfect too. Given the price and the useful life, I was very satisfied. Tip as I've seen several people on YouTube and elsewhere saying the lens isn't as sharp as they'd hoped when used on a tripod. Most YouTube users who faced this problem forgot to turn off OIS. So I always try to remind everyone (and myself) to turn this off for use with tripods! The images above were the only two I could quickly find. Both were shot on very cloudy days and paired with my only 10 stop ND filter. I'm pretty sure I shot at 40-50", f/8 and as low an ISO as possible (I'd say around 80-160). Sorry for the lack of detail, but I hope so , I'll remember to update this when I do come back and confirm.
