Review on REDESS Windproof Children Heavyweight Balaclava Outdoor Recreation by Carrie Spencer

I opened this twin pack of balaclavas and was SHOCKED! I paid very little for them and bought them for snowboarding at the last minute. It will be below zero and probably worse due to the wind and my kids don't have it so I bought this for our trip to northern Maine this weekend. When I opened the package I couldn't believe how thick and well made they are. I have the black and pink and each is double layered with thick fleece and has very good drawstrings. I am very impressed and very happy. The only downside is that they smelled a little funny. When my kids (6 and 4 years old) tried them they both immediately said "disgusting" and "wow that stinks". I sniffed it and it smelled like mold. Mine it even though it smelled like a truck cab. I'm not sure what that means, but it was disgusting. I sprayed them inside and out with fabric spray, let them air dry and applied a second coat and they seem to smell better.
