Overall good system with just minor areas where further improvements could benefit users

I like that it has all our information in one place, which makes my job easier when trying to find patients for appointments or billing issues. The software can be slow at times if there are too many people logged into the program simultaneously. This happens more often than you'd think! It's also very difficult sometimes to navigate through different screens within this website. Don't get discouraged by how easy-to-use other platforms may seem - we've been using it since 2010 so have had plenty of time to figure out some tricks/workarounds but nothing really comes close yet. We use centricity as our main platform now instead of paper charts because everything from patient intake forms to prescription refills gets entered here.

Pros
  • Easily accessible (all healthcare providers must report their activities with no exceptions) via web portal.
  • You'll need an internet connection just about anytime anywhere..you don' t even want me going over what kind o trouble those without Internet could encounter!! And then they say "
