Strong and durable but awkward to fold
We buy 15 feet long. Love the concise size to take with me, albeit bulky. Sturdy and durable so you don't have to worry about it collapsing or swaying under weight. That's why we got 3 stars. 1. It's hard to push the button to make it retract. A little frustrating.2. Finger/hand trapped when feeding if not careful. The suction cups fall quickly. 2 people work at times.3. If you only use the short length, there are too many steps to climb at the bottom.4. uncomfortable to wear. The belt is not designed for a pen. We will keep it but we know it needs to be moved in by 2 people.
