I didn't like feeling overwhelmed for a few days afterwards.

From the average person. I was fed up with my weight and wanted to lose a few pounds. However, every time I tried it, I could never partially stick to it because I felt so tired or sore afterwards. I didn't like feeling tired a few days after training. Also had a bad habit of feeling too lazy to get back on it after a day of recovery. So I would take one day off and then another. At some point I will stop exercising immediately. Switch on BCAAs. This product in particular. When I started I weighed about 288 pounds and was 6ft 1in tall. In just 6 weeks my weight was down to 265 and in 8 weeks to 258. My diet should stay all the same but just reduce my sodium intake from who knows what mg to 1500-170 mg per day. No more post-workout laziness, stiffness or fatigue the next day. Performance: I would definitely have less pain. Even after 6 days of bodyweight training, 4 days, and 2 days of cardio, I still felt like I could get through another day without a problem. I would certainly rest once just to relax. Flavor: Fruit punch is the flavor I got. For my flavor preference, I used one scoop for every 12-16 ounces of water. The recommended level was too acidic for me. The fruit punch was so good that I stopped drinking sugary drinks, even if they weren't part of my diet. It was so tasty. If you're one of those people who can't just stick with it, give it a try. If you want to increase your training intervals, give it a try. It definitely helped me and I'm sure it will help you too.
