The main reason I love this product is that when used with the pointed nozzle (instead of a brush) it's perfect as a dispensing tube for things like icing and homemade herb paste (washed drained coriander or any other choice) is herbs mixed with olive oil and frozen for a fresh herbal taste, always on hand when you need it). Control and held just the right amount to spread my homemade diced herb paste in one serving. I bought this item from a store a while ago to use as a buster. I haven't used it much for this as I've been poking around my kitchen looking for a way to dispense herb paste into tiny mini ice cube tray bags where they can be stacked in the freezer for easy use when needed. This product worked great! I had to fill it in a few times to spread out all the paste I made, but it was very easy, gave me 100% control over the amount and direction of the fill, and was really fun!
