iSuperb: Low-Quality Product and Terrible Support

In my role as product manager, I've had plenty of practice finding reliable suppliers for ecommerce. The results I got from using iSuperb were sadly disappointing. They were known for having low prices, but the quality of their goods was subpar. They wore out rapidly because of the low quality of their shoes and apparel. Their accessories and jewels were also not very sturdy and easily lost their shine. Their lackluster assistance to customers only made things worse. Their team was unresponsive and unhelpful when we were trying to resolve a quality problem, and we ended up with no resolution at all. To sum up, iSuperb is not a place I trust to find high-quality clothing and accessories. Customers looking for dependable, high-quality goods should look elsewhere because of the company's low-quality materials and poor customer service.
