I like how easy it was for my staff members to start using this program along with our other electronic record system (e-Cerner). The design layout makes sense, but sometimes some things can be confusing at first glance especially if one has never used this type of program before. It's hard finding information about specific problems or issues when they arise in real time during patient care rather than searching for answers online. This will hopefully decrease as we continue training more people use these programs on site so there are fewer questions going back and forth between departments via email etc. As far as physical therapy goes - not much yet since everyone just started learning all aspects of what each department does in order to function efficiently together!
