Very User Friendly Software: SonoSoft Physical Therapy EMR

SonoSoft has a good user interface, it is very easy to use. It has a good workflow and allows for a lot of customization. It also allows for a lot of input on the user-end. It is very easy to work with, and a lot of the time the software is intuitive. I do not dislike much. I think that it is very easy to use, and has all the tools that you would need to use for a physical therapy EMR. I would recommend this software to anyone looking for an EMR software for physical therapy. It is very easy to

Remote video visitations with patients and collaboration between providers

The ability for me as my physical therapist, Dr. Lantz, was able work from home with clients without being in his office; this allowed him more time per patient helping them get better! I did not like how easy it would be to lose or misplace notes if they were stored digitally versus hard copy paper records we used before using digital. It took longer than normal to complete forms when submitting via secure website (CCHIT). We had less missed appointments because our patients knew their…

Overall user friendly software/system

I like how easy it was for my staff members to start using this program along with our other electronic record system (e-Cerner). The design layout makes sense, but sometimes some things can be confusing at first glance especially if one has never used this type of program before. It's hard finding information about specific problems or issues when they arise in real time during patient care rather than searching for answers online.
