I loved the concept of this brushing system but was terribly disappointed in its performance. The broom itself is inconvenient to use, and the adjustable handle is not fixed. The comb function on the side of the dust box does not work. The pan itself still has a ridge after pressing down with your foot, so the dirt line STILL remains (how about a rubber rim for better suction at the bottom?). And the worst part of the design is where the shovel connects to the handle (for storage). It is very difficult to put the shovel back in place and it often falls off. I bought the system thinking my kids would be able to use it easily, but it's even harder for them to use. Just use a regular broom and dustpan - don't waste your money like me!
