Fails after 13 months - no support available Schlage

Hired an installer through Revain and it was quick and easy. The lock has worked flawlessly for 13 months. Today it has stopped closing for unknown reasons. The Schlage website is beyond useless - the FAQ links to signing up for the newsletter, downloading the instructional PDF causes triggers and errors, the "chat" is just a bot without much coding, and the big cookie popup keeps popping up on. pop on every side. I found a video on YouTube about replacing the battery and factory resetting the lock, but the problem is still not solved; the lock is not locked. I've been trying to call her for about an hour, disconnected all the time. So the bottom line is: the product is faulty and they cannot help to fix it.
