Review on 🖥️ LG 34WN80C-B 34-Inch UltraWide Monitor - 3440x1440P, Curved, Tilt/Height Adjustable, Enhanced Connectivity Compatibility by Tavis Crosby

Use this monitor with my Macbook Pro. I first tried connecting it using my own HDMI cable and all I got was flickering white dots and a screen that turned on and off intermittently. I then connected it with the included USB-C cable and it worked great. It doesn't work when I connect cables to my dock. I tried with a different HDMI cable and that gave me the same problem as well. After speaking to Revain support (which didn't help) and then being taken to an LG tech rep, I played around with the LG monitor resolution and it seems to be working fine after downgrading to 2560x1080 had changed. When I used HDMI cable which is included in the package, this permission is set automatically. I then switched it to the recommended resolution of 3440 x 1440 and so far it's working fine. So my verdict: just use the included cables and don't worry about plugging them into the dock.
