I love that we are able to organize all our team's projects with one platform! It has been very helpful as well because now if anyone needs something from another department they can get right back into their project without having too much trouble finding them again (or at least less than before).
There isn't anything really bad about this product but there might be some things better off done by other products out here such as Basecamp/Asana etc., which would make sense since these two companies also provide those services separately already anyway - just thought i'd mention :) We've used different platforms previously where people had multiple accounts set up specifically per client /project however using OneNama was great when getting everyone onto 1 account rather then several separate ones each doing specific tasks only related to themselves.
