Review on 🔌 Leviton 5266-CA Industrial Grade Angle Plug: 15A, 125V, Straight Blade, Grounding in Black-White by Reed Nuttbrock

Installation step 5 is to fully unscrew each clamp screw. When I tried it, two of the three screws just turned without moving. A careful inspection revealed that the two screws were completely missing the threaded holes in the metal plates that were supposed to hold the wires in place and make contact with the blades. Not wanting to wait for a replacement, I spent about 20 minutes completely disassembling and reassembling the fork. I've been annoyed that this simple plug costs more than a 3ft 14G power strip with both ends plugged in, so that made my day.
