I'm probably the only one to blame for such a pointless purchase. I had never seen a bidet before, only heard that they are widely available in other parts of the world and everyone seemed to think they were great. Not so, in our experience with this device. You read it and stupidly believed it, stop using toilet paper, it's wrong - water goes everywhere. More paper than ever to dry all surfaces. Very easy to install, even a child can properly adjust the bidet with cold water. Who allowed hot water to go down the pipes to get into the bidet? And if not. want to drain the hot water, you get burned you know what when suddenly hot water splashes all over the place - very uncomfortable. Waste of time and money! Use at your own risk and good luck. Unfortunately I had to wait so long for the hot water to be connected to the bidet that I didn't have time to get my money back for this useless product. I bet next time I try to use the product I will study all aspects more thoroughly.
