They are very responsive to our needs, as well as flexible. They're also very cost effective! I can't think of anything that's been a problem for them in regards to their services. We have a small business that requires very specific and complex IT solutions. We found that we were able to find exactly what we needed with them, and they were able to customize the solution to fit our specific needs. I work with the IT services staff at PICS ITech.
