Only one headset works

One headset works fine, the other only makes loud annoying squeaking noises. We have tried both IR channels with no success. Looks like we're stupid. The company did the right thing, after posting this review they contacted us immediately and sent us a replacement headset free of charge. The new headset works as it should.
