The customer support team are very helpful when you have questions or need assistance with your account setup/integration process between wishpoing & other platforms such as Hubspot (or any CRM). They also offer training sessions to help educate users about their product which I think should be offered at least once per year if not every quarter! We were able solve our issues via chat but they did send us some emails too that helped resolve them quickly without having an in-person meeting scheduled - this was really appreciated because we had many requests coming through from customers who needed immediate attention so being online 24hrs 7days made it easier rather then waiting until 9am UK time next day before getting back into action myself :) Would highly recommend using Wisponding's Customer Support Team during busy times like Christmas / New Years etc where there can often been delays resolving tickets due date expiry dates ect..
