The easy access of information is what I love best about this platform! It's so simple for you as an owner or manager with multiple properties in different locations that it helps keep track not only from one location but across many too which can sometimes be challenging when managing more than 1 property all at once (ie; if someone takes sick off site).

There are some challenges we've had over time such as how well their customer service works & whether they truly care/want your business long-term instead just trying to make money - these things have improved since becoming members though. Our biggest benefit has been reporting invoices online without having to print them out each month using our software provider, QuickBooks Online through TASKAIM!! This saves us both paper work AND ink costs monthly compared to printing everything ourselves every single day. Overall great product overall however there could always use better communication between clients during maintenance periods where issues arise vs being.
