Same filter fits all my cars

I ordered two of these filters for my two Ford Rangers and ended up getting four of them which actually led me to believe it is the same oil filter that is in mine Nissan fits Sentra, it's a bit bigger than what it should be in but I have room for it and it's still holding up great after a month of driving. So now I have one filter left so next time I'll have to order two to take care of all three of my cars.
