Appears to be of good quality but lack of available bits of this size reduces usability. Two bits are included and each has one bit at each end (2 tips x 2 bits = 4 bits total). The tips are held by a ball-spring plunger that forms a strong mechanical connection with the shaft; Better than a magnet IMO. The entire rod comes out of the handle and flips over to access the other two bits. It's like a smaller version of those red-handled 4-in-1 screwdrivers you can buy at any hardware store. The handle is also slightly longer than many "precision" screwdrivers I've used in the past. The only thing I don't like about this tool is the size of the hexagon. This is a 3.5mm facet and it is not possible to find other bits for this shank. There are many 4mm hex bit sets that won't fit (trust me I've tried) or 1/4" hex (6.35mm) so they are too big. A 1/ 8" (3.175mm) drivetrain might fit, although I think it's too small and will rotate in the shaft; Regardless, I'm also having trouble finding bits of this size. Despite my considerable efforts, I have yet to find another bit that fits this driveshaft. Having a proprietary connection is fine (like Apple, um) as long as accessories are available, but Klein has a very limited selection of replacement bits on their website. I currently need a Torx T5 size and they don't have it at all. So I will have to buy another complete screwdriver with matching bit. Also, the size of the hex washer isn't listed in this product listing, nor is it shown anywhere on the packaging, so I had to cut open the packaging to measure it. If you know that you only ever need two small cross and flat tips, then you'll be happy. But if you want to use the handle for other beats like I do, you will be disappointed. For me this product was a waste of time and money.
