Easy accessibility of various claims types from one platform is my favorite part about this software! It has been useful in managing our client's insurance information including billing/coding audits as well as providing us with complete visibility into their current state or "health".

I would like it if we could have more customizations made by adding new fields but other than that everything works great! We are solving some issues regarding keeping up with health care reform implementation requirements such as quality measures reporting which was very helpful when doing business development presentations at conferences etc..
