Nice that we don't have sandbags that have nowhere to go every year. Easy to use, fill, drain, etc. The inlet could be changed. I agree with other reviewers that it's annoying, but still better than sandbags that want to rip and splash everywhere. However, the baffles that keep the water from sloshing from side to side have come loose/torn and now the water actually buckles/shifts when rotated. Yes, it still stands up to scrutiny, but it's not the same product that was purchased/advertised. I called the number provided to do a "3 Year Hassle Free Warranty Return" and the receptionist told me that this defect is not covered. She said balloons with fins are no longer made anyway, so there won't be a replacement. (Those of you reading and wanting to buy this, the currently posted Amazon image must be out of date as it contains partitions.) Okay, fair enough, I don't expect them to restore an old product just to make it for me return. I would advise ShurTrax to remove the "no hassle" terminology from their website and be more specific about what types of errors are not covered. The expectation that I would not be interrogated or harassed if something went wrong with the product made me make this expensive purchase.
