Review on 🔥 Enhanced Roasting Experience with Swift 9522 Roasting Rack by Sri Mims

I couldn't tell from the photos but this shelf is light and the metal grids are very thin. I bought it because it's stainless steel and I thought it would be easier to clean and last longer than my old chrome steel frames which have rusted over time and become uncleanable. It also needs to be raised above the bottom of the pan to allow the fat to drain. I'll keep it for roasting veggies but probably won't use it for meat.
