It seems to be working. Very, very difficult to program. I've been using X10 for years and since my computer crashed I can't find the old X10 program "Load to Interface" to download. I've been working on programming my lights for weeks and still can't get them to work. Insteon's customer service is useless and ignorant. I called twice (30 minutes each) about a problem. Spoke to 2 different techs, don't do it 3 and got 3 different answers. At least one answer seemed to work. Their downloadable instruction manual is a joke. As soon as better light control comes along, the thing goes in the trash can. I am currently using WEMO. works much, much better. Luckily I only work on light controls. I can't imagine using Insteon for anything else, it really would be FUBAR.
