Everything about this product is great except ONE thing it needs to do to be functional. Does not stick to the windshield. The suction power is strong when you first put it on, but it wanes throughout the day and by the evening or the next day I can't get my hands on it because I've barely made it. WHAT? I love this thing! But what's the point if he doesn't stay? I tried to get it working before writing the review but it just doesn't work. I cleaned both the suction cup and the windshield several times but it didn't help. I see air between the windshield and the cup and wonder if that's a problem, but I can't seal it without air getting in between! Seller, is this a broken mug or is my car overheating? Disappointed! UPDATE: The company contacted me as they have many others. I was offered a replacement but decided not to agree and tried a different product instead. That's great, although they want their customers to be happy. I hope they can fix the problem with the product instead of sending a replacement. I added another star for customer service.
