Review on Handlebar Adjustable Rotatable Mountain Electric by Mark Toth

I have a personal e-scooter and I wanted to be able to see behind me as I have a bike path instead of a sidewalk. For that it was perfect. The materials aren't the best, the mirror is plastic, but it works. An unexpected bonus is that when I fold the scooter, I can easily "fold" the mirror so it doesn't snag on things. However, for that reason I wouldn't recommend it for anything going over 30km/h.
