I bought the original Omni (which is no longer listed here for review) and within a year it became a Theseus vacuum. We also got through the cleaning prescribed by the manufacturer: two normal heads, one battery, two UV heads and four bars. On first use, the latch holding the normal head flew across the room. The slick wooden floor brush began to detach from the roller within the first week. A few months later, with regular use, the native latch on the basket broke. Shortly thereafter, both the conventional and UV heads had to be replaced as they stopped working. The basket latch has been replaced, as well as two faulty heads. Now no more than six months (and even then) have passed since replacing the heads, and they also fail. The latch on the normal head broke off again and flew across the room within the first week of installing the new head. The new basket latch broke within three weeks. About two weeks ago one of the batteries stopped working at all. Wouldn't charge. Didn't want to turn on the vacuum. My husband and I have not used this vacuum for a year. This product is riddled with issues and quality control for every major function except for the motor (which we suspect will fail within the next month or so). If these functions fail multiple times, I would like to warn any potential consumer. Do not buy Raycop products.
