My vacuum broke twice with two separate problems. It took 5 months to replace the head and motor for the first time, the replacement head rotator broke again. Cheap product for the price and customer service was poor. I would recommend going with a competitor's product and saving yourself some headaches.

This vacuum cleaner is very light and fits my weak wrist. I can easily carry this vacuum cleaner through all three floors of our house. cool It is easier to use than a traditional vacuum cleaner and is very easy to manoeuvre. The suction is strong and easily gets under furniture so I don't have to worry about my dog's hairballs getting caught in the corner of our furniture. Thanks to the UV light and disinfection function, I feel refreshed every time I vacuum.

I bought your first mattress only product a long time ago when OPah had her show and loved it but the one I bought was very hard to take apart and the piece where the filter is when it is removed the piece bends and I don't know if I should get another one because it's hard to pull out. Can you let me know if there is an easy way to remove the filter from the canister? Also the one I bought for my mattress seems to be stronger. gratitude

This is the worst cordless vacuum cleaner I've ever tried. I have Samsung cordless vacuums, Dyson cordless vacuums and an Oreck handheld vacuum.
