So far so good
Extraction seems good considering it enters the CNC coolant tank and chips flow into the tank. I keep shavings from getting into the pump, buy a full block cover and an old shirt and zip tie that attaches to the pump body. This is done in a 5 gallon Tormach 440 coolant tank. Produces coolant as good as or better than a Tormach pump. The only major difference is that the replacement pump I bought from Amazon is submersible. Even when the coolant tank is low and needs topping up, it still circulates/pumps what's in the tank. Many Thanks. I would rate my consumption as light to medium.
