The customer service team has been very helpful when needing assistance with an issue or concern about our program in general, it takes time to get someone who can help you but they are always available via phone call as well! It was not easy getting this software installed properly because there were many issues that needed troubleshooting/fixing before we could make use outofthe box functions within our system but I am happy so far!! We have had much success using all their features such us calling center management; ticket tracking etc.
