Weighted base, great retractable posts, there are cord clips to keep them in place. The kit and instructions are not clear. Also, the screws that come with it don't fit all monitors. The plate that attaches to the Dell monitor is very easy to attach and detach from the stand. I have no issues with this stand, but be careful which monitor you buy for a VESA mount. Don't try to lift it with monitors attached. He will fall forward. Always remove monitors before moving them. Good stand for the price.
