After trying this handy ORGANIZER threads and needles were no longer scattered around my workspace. The plastic construction is lightweight but sturdy, and the bright green color adds a pop of fun to my sewing setup... The only downside is that it is a bit small, so I had to purchase multiple organizers to fit all of my supplies..
