I read the reviews after I bought and ordered the bike rack. Most of the complaints were that the pins didn't line up with the holes for the different locking positions. When the stand arrived, I carefully followed the instructions to assemble the stand, which wasn't difficult for me. I had problems with the pins not lining up with the holes. I can easily fix problems by drilling slightly larger holes, which I haven't done before, but good quality control should have prevented that. I can see where someone less qualified would be disappointed with this otherwise very solid product. I give the product three stars overall. If the production quality control was better I would give five stars for value for money. The locking function speaks for itself.
