Good quality product, sturdy and perfect 304 stainless steel. I was able to cook ribeye steaks and chicken wings in about an hour. This is a must have for those who have any form of grill pan. Mine was used in a Weber 22" and I got a medium sized Vortex. My first try at this product was fantastic, everyone loved the steak and chicken wings. I'm so glad I bought it, my only regret is that I haven't. Didn't buy it a while ago., do yourself a favor and get this, you and the people you cook with will love the ROI. There are some minor scratches from stainless steel during shipping , also more prone to scratches because the product contains charcoal, but it should not affect the quality of the product.
