My check engine light stayed on even after I bought two different gas caps from the auto parts store. I ended up buying this original Honda cap and drove 5 miles, after that the light went out. It costs more ($35 vs $10 replacement) but it's original and it works! Looking at it and touching it, I can tell it's better quality than non-OEM.
