Review on Nordic Ware Reusable Bundt Thermometer by Kyle Beaner

I received this kitchen utensil as a gift and wasn't sure I would use it often but turns out I use it for baking all the time. Place in the center of your baked product and leave for no more than three counts for reliable results. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the black elastic heat-sensitive material on the tip is unfortunately not very durable. It's too easy to accidentally scratch it off with your fingernail, which I did twice! (See photo. One on the right is scratched. On the left is the one I just bought as a replacement.)
