Much better quality than flimsy disposable bags I've bought in the past. I used to have to work with two of them to get them to handle a thick biscuit mix like whipped shortbread. These are strong workhorses. The outer part of the bag has a unique texture. I tried to take a picture but it doesn't really show up. It has a sticky, micro-grainy feel. The texture feels comfortable and I can hold the bag better. This box of 72 sachets comes on a long roll and you can tear them off as needed. This box will last me for years and it was an investment but well worth it. If you've ever had a piping bag pop down the side, you know you're willing to pay anything to make sure it doesn't happen again. They are 21 inches long and are perfect for my Macaron Cookie Dough recipe. Again, if you want exceptional quality packs, buy these. They're better than the AceRestaurant packages (they're smooth and sleek). Fan, you will too.
