This kit includes a good set of screws and spacers. The problem with the kit is that the standoffs are the wrong diameter and you cannot tighten them into the pre-drilled holes in the computer case. They work to create a gap between the bottom of the motherboard and the metal of the case, but the motherboard won't hold securely if you only rely on standoffs and screws to attach the motherboard to the case.
