Chatwoot - Great tool if used correctly
I like how easy it is to use, everyone in the office loves using this software.
It saves time and resources by being able to send messages without having to be physically present at the desk. Sometimes you'll get stuck with a message that you didn't realize was there and have to go back and forth between chat and email to find out what's wrong. If you're looking to reduce your team's response times to customers, this will make a huge difference! We are solving our ticketing system by providing a central hub for all of our internal teams to communicate with each other and with customers.
Pros
- Very user friendly interface
- Can easily post images from phone or desktop (as long as they aren’t too large)
- Search bar makes finding specific replies much easier than previous solutions we used beforeChatWoooth Cons : Nothing really comes immediately clear after signup besides "you do not need an account"
